We used Traci & Morgan for the sale of our home. They were very professional, communicative, and caring from the beginning and all through the process. Being the original owners we had an unexpected surprise when our home inspection was done. They found that there were a couple of roof truss issues, one wasn’t a big deal, but the other one was. It appears that one was damaged during construction, and instead of replacing it, they did a mediocre field patch. Traci and Morgan were very proactive with finding us structural engineers to contact. During this stressful time, and being on a roller coaster with the buyers making constant changes on how to proceed with the repair Traci and Morgan were there for us if we needed to vent or try to understand the situation. Traci Blackwell is great at listening to what you need. If you know nothing and need help with it all, she can do that; but if you just need advice on certain things, you can do that as well. She is good at communication and will let you know what's going on and what is needed; she communicates clearly even when the situation is confusing. When unforeseen complications with a property arises, she either knows the answer or will find it quickly. She listens to find out what your priorities are (quick sale or the most money possible) and adjusts to YOUR priorities.
